    Objective: To establish Fixnit as a leading home repair service provider in the local market by expanding its brand presence, improving customer acquisition channels, and enhancing community engagement.

    • Website & App Expansion: Fixnit initially had a basic website and Apple app. We helped them optimize and expand these platforms, ensuring they were user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and capable of capturing leads effectively.

    • Hiring Support: We guided Fixnit through the hiring process, ensuring they attracted the right talent to support their growing operations. This included setting up job postings on Indeed and other relevant platforms, and crafting compelling job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.

    • Business Cards & Print Advertising: We designed and produced professional business cards for Fixnit, along with print advertisements that were featured in local newspapers, community newsletters, and real estate magazines. These materials helped solidify their brand presence and facilitated networking efforts.

    2. Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns

    Traditional Marketing Efforts:

    • Bus Benches & Direct Mail: We coordinated the placement of eye-catching ads on bus benches throughout key locations in the community, increasing local visibility. Additionally, we executed direct mail campaigns, distributing flyers and postcards that highlighted Fixnit’s services, special offers, and contact information to targeted neighborhoods.

    • Trade Show Support: Fixnit’s presence at local trade shows was amplified by our contribution of branded gift baskets, which were used as giveaways to attract booth visitors. This not only increased foot traffic but also enhanced their reputation as a community-focused business.

    Digital & Social Media Strategy:

    • Comprehensive Profile Setup: We established and optimized Fixnit’s presence across all major social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and Yelp. This ensured consistent branding and messaging across channels, making it easier for potential customers to find and engage with Fixnit.

    • Social Media Management: The Chamber took on the management of all Fixnit’s social media accounts, curating content, engaging with followers, and running targeted ad campaigns. We created a mix of educational posts, service highlights, customer testimonials, and promotions to keep their audience engaged and informed.

    • Digital & Print Advertising: We expanded Fixnit’s advertising reach through a combination of digital ads (Google, social media platforms) and print ads in local publications. This multi-channel approach ensured they reached a broad and diverse audience.

    3. Community Engagement & Chamber Integration

    Event Sponsorship & Member Features:

    • Event Sponsorship: Fixnit has sponsored a local events, Such as the South Surrey & White Rock Chamber of Commerce's 25th Auunual Business Excellence Awards. Local events provided them with additional visibility and community engagement. We ensured their contributions were recognized both verbally at the event and through digital channels, reinforcing their brand’s connection to the community.

    • Member Features: We are currently working on member feature campaigns that will highlight Fixnit’s services and community contributions. These features will be shared across the Chamber’s digital platforms, newsletters, and at Chamber events.

    Chamber Event Integration:

    • Verbal & Digital Recognition: Fixnit’s contributions to the Chamber were regularly acknowledged during Chamber events. They were featured in our digital presentations, mentioned in speeches, and highlighted in printed materials, ensuring their efforts were visible to a broad audience.

    4. Ongoing Support & Future Plans

    Continuous Marketing & Growth Support:

    • Content Creation & Campaign Management: We continue to create and manage Fixnit’s marketing campaigns, ensuring they remain top-of-mind for homeowners and businesses in need of repair services. This includes ongoing social media content, email newsletters, and seasonal promotions.

    • Future Member Features & Community Engagement: We are planning future campaigns that will further integrate Fixnit into the community, leveraging their member status to create mutually beneficial opportunities. These include more member features, community sponsorships, and involvement in local initiatives.

    Overall Impact: Through our comprehensive support, Fixnit has grown from a basic online presence to a fully integrated, multi-channel brand that is well-recognized in the community. The Chamber’s efforts have not only expanded their customer base but have also solidified their reputation as a trusted, community-oriented business.
