Respond & Rebuild provides professional development training for businesses and organizations. The business consulting services focuses on recognizing, responding & supporting victims, survivors, and witnesses of crime, thru specialized training customized for business’ owners, management; supervisors and HR staff. Workshops identify the importance of educating & supporting employees’, & therefore take an in-depth look into who is a ‘victim of crime’ and how to respond.
Respond & Rebuild will also provide comprehensive group facilitation for critical incident debriefing sessions, for both post-incident response and/or as an ongoing support for employees.
Ultimately, we take a deep dive perspective into property and violent crimes and how this effects a person’s employment and how not further revictimize the employee. The consulting services also provides an assessment of the organization’s current concerns of employees’ wellness and safety.
Respond & Rebuild consulting services includes an Autism consultant, Sylvain Formo, who is an adult with autism. Sylvain speciality is training businesses, organizations and first responders by providing an in-depth look into the World of Autism and teaching skills and tools on how to communicate and interact with individuals with autism. His presentation for first responders provides the essentials of reducing anxiety and fear during crisis events. The professional trainings focuses on safety and wellbeing for the person with autism and business/first responders resulting in a positive and successful outcome for all.
