Anti-Racism Course

Community Anti-Racism Course on Monday evenings beginning February 6th from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm and continuing through April 3rd (no class on Feb. 20th).  All gatherings will be held on Zoom.  Come join the conversation with other curious and concerned citizens interested in building stronger communities.  We offer a small-group setting with opportunities to explore and challenge existing narratives in a safe environment.

a) White Supremacy

b)  The social construction of race

c) Systemic and institutional racism

d) Prejudice and Discrimination

e) Microaggressions
f) Multiculturalism, and more.

 
Begin the Personal Process of Decolonizing Self & Community
 
·Explore Canada’s colonial roots and racism.
 
·Learn anti-racist language, strategies, and tools to build inclusive and healthy communities and workplaces.
