Dying to Learn More: Living in the Now While Preparing for the End

Join us for our free informative Dying to Learn More series coming up on Wednesday June 12th where this session’s presentation will focus on ‘Preparing for the End While Living in the Now’. We will be covering topics such as Advance Care Planning, Funerals & Burials and tackling Difficult Conversations regarding terminal illness and end-of-life concerns.
