Michele has been on stage, on camera and behind the scenes in our local film industry as an actor, producer, director, casting director and acting instructor for over 25+ years. She is also a successful business owner having co-founded and founded three highly respected acting studios and several other exciting business ventures. Michele has spoken on several panels about filmmaking, building a business and networking. She has sat on several judging panels including the Leos Awards (B.C.’s Oscars), Vancouver Web Fest and The Joey Awards (Young Canadian Performers Awards) among others. Michele has also been on several boards including Women In Video and Film Vancouver, Peninsula Productions and the White Rock Business Improvement Association. Michele has won business awards from the Ocean Park Business Association, The Peace Arch News and the South Surrey & White Rock Chamber of Commerce. Passionate about the arts, in 2017, Michele co-founded PACA (Peninsula Arts & Culture Alliance) to help spread the word about the performing arts. One of the highlights for Michele was being included as a successful business profile in the 2019 B.C. Small Business Profile online publication from the B.C. Ministry of Jobs, Trade and Technology. Currently, Michele is chair of the City of White Rock’s Arts and Cultural Advisory Committee for a two-year term.
