About Us

Since 1953, The Centre for Child Development has worked to overcome societal barriers for those with disabilities and empower vulnerable children & families. Our goal is ensuring that children have the best opportunities to thrive in all areas of their lives. We are committed to continuing as a 'one-stop shop,' breaking down barriers and fostering creative, coordinated, and integrated services that work collaboratively to meet the needs of those we serve.

We provide specialized pediatric medical rehabilitation services and supports to more than 7,000 children with special needs and their families through ~70,000 service sessions/yr in Surrey, White Rock, Delta, Langley and beyond.
