Are you a dedicated and skilled Family Practitioner/General Practitioner seeking a new opportunity? We invite you to join our dynamic team at a brand-new Medical Clinic in the heart of White Rock, just a short distance from the US border. Due to our growing services and increasing patient volume, we are looking for a Family Physician/General Practitioner to meet the demand. This expansion comes as a result of a thriving population, increased patient referrals, and a higher need for healthcare providers in the area.
Currently, our waitlist exceeds 2,500 patients, with over 6,000 in the region.
This is a full-time position, offering more than 37.5 hours per week. Our clinic, located in the brand-new Foster Martin Towers in White Rock, is equipped with 8 exam rooms (including a treatment room), physician office space, and an on-site pharmacy. The clinic provides a welcoming environment with state-of-the-art equipment and comprehensive services.
The clinic offers full-spectrum family practice, as well as walk-in opportunities. Advanced EMR, dictation software, and dedicated nursing and MOA support are available to assist you. You can choose to build your own practice or focus solely on walk-in patients. Nearby businesses include a Pharmacy, Optometrist, Dentist, Physiotherapy, Canadian Red Cross, Massage Therapy, and more, fostering an integrated care approach.
White Rock-South Surrey is a beautiful seaside community offering highly-rated schools, abundant recreational activities, and a vibrant atmosphere. You can walk or cycle through forest trails, enjoy water sports at White Rock and Crescent Beach, and still be just 45 minutes from downtown Vancouver. The city is well-known for its picturesque waterfront views and relaxed atmosphere, with proximity to urban amenities.

Patient Demand & Compensation:
- Over 6,000 patients on the waitlist with high demand for walk-in appointments.
- High income potential ranging from $350,000 to $550,000 per year, with potential earnings up to $1,000,000 depending on your schedule and approach.
- Flexible compensation split (30/70% to 20/80%).
- Coverage provided by a team of doctors and Nurse Practitioners, allowing flexibility for time off.
Relocation Support:
- Relocation funding available, along with assistance from a network of realtors, rental agencies, and banking professionals.
Requirements:
- A commitment to a long-term relocation to Canada (1-2 year contract).
- Eligibility for licensing and registration with the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
- Only applicants who have completed their GP/Family Medicine training in the UK (CCT and MRCGP), Ireland (MICGP), the US (American Board of Family Medicine), or Australasia (FRACGP) will be considered.
