CityMed Medical Clinic is hiring a dynamic Medical Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations at our state-of-the-art facilities in White Rock and Surrey, BC. Located in the prestigious Foster Martin towers, our clinics feature advanced medical technology, 8 exam rooms, a treatment room, a shared physician office, and an on-site pharmacy. This role is integral to ensuring efficient clinic workflows, managing staff, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and enhancing patient care.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Manage clinic staff, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Manage budgeting, financial operations, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to improve patient care and satisfaction.
- Maintain patient records using Med-Access EMR with strict confidentiality.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment management.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of medical clinic management experience.
- Proficiency in Med-Access EMR and related medical software.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and financial management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High professionalism and integrity.
